About Jonathan A. Lee, MD

  • Dr. Lee currently has long wait times for new patients. Please see below for physician and advanced practice clinicians (APCs) she recommends to new patients wanting to transfer or establish care at ARC.

If Dr. Lee is your primary care physician, please book your appointment via your ARC MyChart account or call 512-ARC-INFO (512-272-4636).

When he isn’t working, Dr. Lee enjoys watching baseball and biking. One of his favorite locations in Central Texas is Austin’s Mt. Bonnell.

I chose a career in medicine because I grew up watching my father practice Family Medicine and urgent care. I believe that making good connections with patients is an important first step in treating the whole patient.

The MA was incredibly kind and treated me with respect. I got nervous when the oximeter was beeping at me and began holding my breath; we giggled about the oximeter reading that occured while I was holding my breath. She told me the beeping was normal and to breathe normally, as the beeping is normal. Dr. Lee is an amazing provider. He has been my PCP since I was about 18. He is kind and compassionate. Additionally, Dr. Lee is incredibly attentive! I truly feel like he is familiar with my history, and asks great questions to ensure my outcome as a patient is improving. Dr. Lee is one of the providers that continuously promotes feelings of trust. I'm so thankful to have had Dr. Lee as a PCP for many years now!

I had stitches that needed to be taken out and I was told that there were no openings. They told me to go back to the ER to have them removed. The next day I got a call from the office saying that they could squeeze me in. Once they decided to see me, they got me in quickly and everything went well
