About Derrick J. Garcia, MD

  • Dr. Garcia currently has long wait times for new patients.

If Dr. Garcia is your primary care provider or you have had an appointment at ARC in the last three years, please book your appointment via your ARC MyChart account or call 512-ARC-INFO (512-272-4636).

New and established patients who would like to book online can view additional scheduling options with the following recommended doctors or advanced practice clinicians (APCs). Click Book Now on their web bio to schedule.

Dr. Garcia is married with two children. He enjoys reading, soccer, martial arts, and salsa dancing.

I believe the key to medicine is listening. I try hard to make sure that I hear the patient’s story and understand their fears. Often, I have found the act of listening to be as therapeutic as the medicines themselves.

I reached out for medical follow up and glad I did. Dr. Garcia does amazing with listening to my concerns, he provided me with great response so I can improve my health. Definitely highly recommend ARC doctors. I can write many words but I rather continue my health Care with ARC then going anywhere else. Hands down best clinic and healthcare family.
