I love the kindness everyone here shows us the patients and love the time and care Dr. Higgs gives us as his patients he really does care not like my previous drs where they left me hanging with questions all the time God bless everyone here at ARC keep up the amazing work!!

  • September 11, 2026

Friendliness of Dr, nurse, and front desk staff.

  • September 10, 2026

Appointment was set for 8:15 am. Was not seen until 8:35. It wasn't the 20 minute delay so much as the fact that there was no communication at all (ex: the doctor is running a little behind; it will be just a few more minutes).

  • September 10, 2026

Dr. Higgs is amazing! He shows that he cares, listens to you, and is always kind and helpful!

  • September 8, 2026

Dr. Higgs is by far the best physician I ever had. He clearly listens and has wonderful bedside manners. Even though it's almost a 45 minute drive. He is worth every minute. And everybody in his office especially is front desk Are the most wonderful ladies? I can't speak highly of them. I recommend ten out of ten. ❤️
