ARC MyChart® is an easy-to-use Internet tool that provides you quick and secure online access to your Austin Regional Clinic health information from anywhere, at any time. Currently, almost 240,000 patients use ARC MyChart to communicate with their medical care team, and to coordinate care for their children and other loved ones.

Things You Can Do With ARC MyChart

With your ARC MyChart account, you can:

  • log on to the secure network,
  • schedule an appointment with a sports medicine doctor,
  • send and get messages from your care team (doctor & nurse),
  • make appointments, cancel or reschedule them,
  • check test results,
  • see and print vaccination records,
  • make lab appointments,
  • get caretaker access for your children or adult loved ones
  • and more.

If you’re not on ARC MyChart yet, here a couple of ways you can get it:

  • Ask your doctor or nurse to sign you up at your next appointment.
  • Complete the document to register for a personal account (pdf), then take it with you to your next appointment.
  • Download the caretaker registration forms here if you want caretaker access for your child or another adult. Or activate your caretaker account the next time you are at the clinic, just ask your nurse about Caretaker Access and Activation.
