    Kelly Coleman grew up in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. When she is not working, Kelly is a clinical herbalist working with native Texas healing plants from her medicine garden at her home in South Austin. She can often be found in the woods, wildcrafting plants, in the kitchen making medicines, or reading about healing arts and traditions. Her favorite spot is – naturally – her backyard medicine garden!

Evaluation and Treatment of Sleep Disorders

ARC sleep specialists provide care for a variety of sleep disorders, including obstructive and central sleep apnea, narcolepsy, idiopathic hypersomnia, parasomnia, REM sleep behavior disorder, sleep terrors, sleepwalking, restless legs syndrome, periodic limb movement disorder, circadian rhythm disorders, and insomnia, and order at-home or in-lab sleep studies when appropriate.
