New contact info? Update as soon as it changes
As an ARC patient, we send you texts, emails, and letters to remind you about upcoming appointments and needed care. If your phone number, email address, or physical address has changed, please let us know so we can keep you connected with your care. Here are three easy ways to securely update your contact information on your own time:
- MyChart: Log in to ARC MyChart, search the menu for "personal information," and click Edit to update your contact information, and click Save Changes.
- ARC website: Visit ARCcontact.com, choose "This is a Personal Information Update," fill out the form, and click Submit.
- Phone: Call ARC Central Registration at 512-407-8686 (M-F 7:30am – 9:00pm or weekends 7:30am – 5:00pm).
New insurance info? Update at least five days before your visit
No need to update your insurance plan until you have a visit. At least five days before your appointment, you will receive a text with a link to complete your pre-visit steps and include insurance updates. Confirming your contact and health plan information several days before your scheduled appointment saves time at check-in and ensures accurate billing. It's also important you tell us the ARC primary care physician (PCP) on file with your insurance plan.
There are three quick ways to update your information before your next appointment:
- Text/SMS notifications: Review the appointment reminder and online check-in texts and follow prompts to confirm your appointment and complete Pre-Visit Steps. You can update your personal information and health insurance, confirm your PCP, complete and sign forms, and more.
- MyChart: Before your next appointment, log in to ARC MyChart to complete all Pre-Visit Steps. You can also navigate to Personal Information to update your contact information or Insurance Summary to update your insurance details before your next visit.
- Phone: Prefer to speak to an ARC representative? At least three to five days before your next appointment, call ARC Central Registration at 512-407-8686 (M-F 7:30am – 9:00pm or weekends 7:30am – 5:00pm) to address your pre-visit needs.
