We are pleased to announce that Elisabeth 'Betsy' Blank, APRN, MSN, FNP-C has joined the Family Medicine team at ARC South 1st.
Betsy says, "I want to be a provider where people look forward to going to the clinic and feel comfortable speaking with me." She adds, "I love Family Medicine because I get to care for entire families and create meaningful relationships with my patients."
"I believe in having an open dialogue with my patients to individualize their care and achieve the best patient outcomes," Betsy continues. "I provide holistic health care while adhering to evidence based practice."
An ounce of prevention
When asked her favorite health tip, Betsy says, "'An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure,' so get your annual physicals and keep up to date on your vaccines."
In her free time, Betsy says, "I'm a chauffeur for my two young boys to their various after school activities." She adds, "I enjoy music and play piano and singing; I'm married to a musician, so I love seeing live music. And you can't live in Austin without taking advantage of their hiking trails and swimming holes."
