What is eCheck-in?

eCheck-in lets you update your personal and health information, and sign necessary paper work prior to arriving at your appointment. Please note that you will need to still present yourself at the check-in desk to complete the process and notify staff you have arrived.

How does it work?

On the appointment confirmation page, you will see section that says, "You can save time at the clinic by completing the following tasks in eCheck-In:"

Click the Update Information button to start the process, and follow the instructions on each page. 
 
You are allowed to start the eCheck-in process 3 days prior to your visit.  Note that it will be unavailable starting one hour before the appointment.
