July 9, 2010 - A new phone system is scheduled for installation at ARC Far West the weekend of July 9th! The new menu options will help patients self-direct to the correct department more efficiently.
Everyone at ARC Far West is looking forward to the new system and its impact on providing better customer service to our patients. Meanwhile, Ronnie Castello, Clinic Manager, and her supervisors are developing and refining HIM and nursing procedures.
