New insurance or personal information?
If you have a new insurance plan or new contact information, it's easy to update in ARC MyChart.
- For insurance updates:
- Click on Menu and select Insurance Summary.
- If the insurance information is outdated, simply select Update coverage and follow the prompts. You can even photograph and upload images of your insurance card.

- For contact info updates:
- Click on Menu and select Personal Information under Account Settings.
- Personal information displays and each box has an Edit button.
