The award was presented during the virtual event honoring businesses in multiple categories, hosted by KVUE news anchors Mike Rush and Yvonne Nava. Dr. Daghestani joined the CEOs of Ascension Seton, Baylor Scott & White, and St. David's HealthCare who were honored for their tireless and collaborative commitment to the health of the community during the COVID-19 pandemic.
"I am honored and humbled to have been nominated and to receive the Healthcare Hero award in the company of other exceptional medical leadership," Dr. Daghestani said in his acceptance remarks. "While the pandemic has changed our lives, my vision for ARC has not changed, and I and every employee and physician at ARC believes in our culture of dedication to our patients. We will continue to take care of our communities' health with the high professional standards of care."
