We are happy to welcome Nikki G. Patel, MD, Allergy and Asthma, to the teams at ARC Center Street in Kyle and ARC Dripping Springs, a new service at both locations. Dr. Patel has a Fellowship in Allergy and Immunology from Rush University/John H. Stroger County Hospital in Chicago, IL.
Dr. Patel is now scheduling appointments for clinic visits beginning May 1 at ARC Center Street and May 22 at ARC Dripping Springs.
"I am a proponent of evidence-based medicine but want to have patients feel confident in the medical care they are receiving," says Dr. Patel. "I like the model of shared decision-making where a conversation is had about treatment options before a mutual decision is made."

"Please see your doctor about an allergy referral if you have a remote history of a mild rash to penicillin," says Dr. Patel. "A majority of patients outgrow this type of reaction."
In her free time, Dr. Patel says, "I enjoy exercising, cooking, and reading when I can."
