"Getting 30 minutes of exercise at least 5 times per week can help reduce your risk of cardiovascular disease and help improve mental health as well!" advises Dr. Karathra.
"In my free time, I enjoy getting outside and exploring Austin with my husband," says Dr. Karathra. "I love dancing, trying out new recipes, and hanging out with friends in Austin. I am also involved in my local church and enjoy youth ministry."
