For the sixth year in a row, Austin Regional Clinic has been named one of the “Top Workplaces” in Austin by the Austin American-Statesman.
ARC was recognized as one of the top 10 best places to work in the Greater Austin area in the Top Large Company category, along with 13 other large area businesses, featured in a special section published by the newspaper on Sunday, November 3. ARC was also named a “Best Workplace” for six years in an Austin Business Journal poll.
The Top Workplaces program is conducted by Energage along with publishing partners across the U.S., including the Austin American-Statesman. The program gathers feedback from nominated company employees during the summer, and over 1,100 ARC employees completed the survey, rating their company in categories such as leadership, direction, workplace environment, ethics and values, and pay.
“You are appreciated for the value you bring to your daily work and the content of your ideas,” says one employee. “You have a good work/life balance and you are working toward a greater good.” “ARC believes in the mission to improve health care for the people of Central Texas,” says another employee.
”There is a strong sense of pride among our staff about the work we do to keep Texans healthy and save lives, and this honor confirms it,” said Dr. Anas Daghestani, ARC CEO. “We are very pleased to be a “Top Workplace” once again!”
