Austin Regional Clinic opens its doors today, May 19, 1980, at Medical Park Tower on W. 38th Street. Family practice physician Norman H. Chenven, MD, envisions a medical group in Austin based in primary care that will provide multiple specialties and services throughout Central Texas. The first doctors to join Dr. Chenven at ARC are pediatricians Thomas Zavaleta, MD and Carol Faget, MD.
