We are happy to welcome Jessica L. Crotts, APRN, MSN, CNM, RNC-OB, Certified Nurse Midwife, to the ARC Obstetrics/Gynecology team at ARC North Austin Ob/Gyn.
Jessica says, "I believe in person-centered, family-led care that facilitates autonomy, promotes healthy living, and empowers the person in their healthcare decisions." She adds, "My goal is to have a welcoming, professional practice that meets people where they are and provides evidence-based care with a holistic approach to wellness."
Motion is key
Jessica says, "The body in motion stays in motion, and there is no judgement in just getting started — a walk around your neighborhood, some stretches on your way to the bathroom. Let's find a plan that works for your life at any age, any condition."
Of her free time, Jessica says, "I love music festivals, sharing a coffee with friends, exploring with my mini poodle, Ted, cuddling my Sphynx cat, Philip, and dancing around town."
