Dr. Rogers is now scheduling appointments for clinic visits beginning July 9.

"Parents can help their kids' wellness by encouraging a healthy diet (including fruits and vegetables), daily exercise, plenty of sleep, and limited screen time," advises Dr. Rogers.
Of her free time, Dr. Rogers says, "I enjoy spending time with family and friends, particularly cheering for my two kids in their various activities. I love exploring the beautiful hiking trails of Austin, biking, and reading."
