ARC named Top Workplace

ARC named Top Workplace

This year Austin Regional Clinic is celebrating our 14th workplace award. We are listed in the Top Workplaces of 2019, published in the Austin American-Statesman this past Sunday.

A dedicated team of leaders, doctors, and staff all communicating and working together to keep Central Texans healthy makes ARC a great place to work.

"As we grow, we continue to improve the high quality of the care we already provide and we continue to look for innovative ways to increase access to that care. I am proud to be a part of this team," said Dr. Anas Daghestani, ARC CEO.

"Each workplace award we've received reminds us not only that the work we do matters, but that we work together as a team and together we keep people healthier, living longer and more active. That is a great purpose to have," said Dr. Norman H. Chenven, ARC Founding CEO.

The "Top Workplaces" program is conducted by Energage along with publishing partners across the U.S., including the Austin American-Statesman. The program gathers feedback from ARC employees completed earlier this year. Energage's research shows that the core elements of organizational health are what employees value most in the workplace. Employees want to align with the company's vision, be challenged by a high-performance culture, feel that they are valued, and that their voices are heard.

We are honored to be named a "Top Workplace" based on feedback from ARC employees. Join our award-winning team; visit myARCcareer.com.
