ARC has been attending the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) health fair for many years, but this year was something special. Questions were intentional, smiles were genuine and the HHSC attendees had doubled!
ARC had a chance to engage with the employees and answer questions regarding ARC MyChart, scheduling appointments, and finding a primary care physician (PCP). ARC provided lip balms, hand sanitizers, chip clips, and our famous purple pen in hopes they left with a positive memory.
ARC will be back, ready for more engagement!
