If you have a customer service comment or question you would like to ask Austin Regional Clinic, please fill out our brief form below.

  • If you receive an email response from ARC that includes the message, "This is a secure message" (view email example), tap or click the “Click Here” link and follow the prompts as listed. You must create a secure login to read the response.
    • Complete the online registration form to create your encrypted email account with Proofpoint, a secure messaging tool.
    • At the last step on the registration form, check your email for a validation code from [email protected].
    • Enter the validation code and click Continue.
