COVID-19 vaccine appointment scheduling
An appointment is required to get a COVID-19 vaccine at ARC.

COVID-19 vaccine available for ages 12+. Scheduling for COVID-19 vaccine is now available:

The FDA has approved the 2025/2026 COVID-19 vaccine for use in individuals who are:
- 65 years or older OR
- 6 months to 64 years of age with at least one underlying condition that puts them at high risk for severe outcomes of COVID-19 disease. Qualifying health conditions and/or risk factors as defined by the CDC:
- Cancer
- Cerebrovascular disease
- Chronic kidney disease (at any stage)
- Chronic liver disease
- Chronic lung disease
- Cystic fibrosis
- Dementia or other neurological conditions
- Diabetes (type 1 or type 2)
- Disabilities
- Heart conditions
- Hemoglobin blood disorders
- HIV infection (human immunodeficiency virus)
- Mental health conditions
- Mood disorders including depression and schizophrenia spectrum disorders
- Overweight or obesity
- Physical inactivity
- Pregnancy (Current or recent)
- Smoking - current or former
- Solid organ or blood stem cell transplant
- Substance use disorders
- Tuberculosis (TB)
- Other conditions that increase the risk of severe COVID-19. Learn more from CDC.
If you do not have one of the qualifying health conditions listed above, you may be responsible for payment of the COVID vaccine. If you are concerned about coverage, please contact your insurance coverage.
If your health insurance does not cover the vaccine or if you do not have insurance, ARC offers a 25% discount if payment is made at the time of service. The cost includes a charge to administer the vaccine and the vaccine itself:
- Moderna COVID vaccine (6mos-11yrs) – $273.00 ($204.75 w/discount), ADMIN FEE - $85.00 ($63.75 w/discount).
- Moderna COVID vaccine (12+ yrs) – $300.00 ($225.00 w/discount), ADMIN FEE - $85.00 ($63.75 w/discount).
