Patients with Medicaid insurance must call to schedule and confirm vaccines are available.

ARC offers COVID-19 vaccines to new and established patients ages 6 months+.
The COVID-19 vaccination is recommended for the individuals below*:
- Patients over the age of 65
- Patients 6 months and older with an underlying health condition that puts them at higher risk for severe COVID
- Pregnant patients
- Patients ages 6-23 months, regardless of risk factors
- Patients 19 years and older, regardless of risk factors
*Recommendations per American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, American Academy of Pediatrics, American Academy of Family Practice
If you are not in any of these high-risk groups, you can still benefit from the vaccine. We will provide information about the risks and benefits of the vaccine at your visit.
How much does the vaccine cost, and is it covered by insurance?
We expect the vaccine to be covered by most health plans; however, coverage may vary. Please check with your health insurance provider to confirm coverage.
If you do not have health insurance, ARC offers a 25% discount if payment is made at the time of service. The cost includes a charge to administer the vaccine and for the vaccine itself:
- Moderna COVID vaccine (6mos-11yrs) – $273.00 ($204.75 w/discount), ADMIN FEE - $94.00 ($70.50 w/discount).
- Moderna COVID vaccine (12+ yrs) – $300.00 ($225.00 w/discount), ADMIN FEE - $94.00 ($70.50 w/discount).
