Self-Pay Information

At Austin Regional Clinic, we believe quality health care should be accessible to everyone. We offer a 25% discount on most non-elective services to our patients who pay their balance in full during check-out or within 30 days of their visit.

Understanding your care costs

You may request an estimate of your care costs before your scheduled appointment. Your final care costs may vary depending on the services you receive during your clinic visit.

• Deposits: Self-pay patients are required to pay a deposit during check-in, which applies towards the total amount due. View the chart below to see the required self-pay deposit fees for each of our specialties. If your type of visit, service, or procedure is not listed below, please speak with the financial counselor at your clinic. Deposit fees do NOT represent the final billing costs for your visit.

• Additional services: ARC bills all labs, x-rays, injections, vaccines, durable medical equipment (DME), and other services separately from clinic visits.

Payment plans

If you are unable to pay your care costs in full, please notify the Business Office Management team at your ARC clinic, use MyChart to set up a payment plan, or call ARC Billing at 512-407-8686.
