In June 1997 we offered patients the option to email appointment requests to us and you did. The number of responses confirmed for us this is an option that many patients prefer to the telephone. Since this "trial" appears to have worked very well, we will continue to offer this option for appointment requests.
We check the email address Monday – Friday from 7:00am–9:00am. Every request will receive a response of an appointment, notice that the request is being sent to the doctor for review, or a request for more information to make the appointment. You will receive a response within 2-4 working days, or sooner depending on the number of requests received.
