eCheck-in is now called Pre-Visit Steps in MyChart.
MyChart allows you to electronically complete some check-in steps prior to your appointment. The Pre-Visit Steps become available three days before your scheduled appointment and are open until one hour before your visit.
When you arrive for your appointment, please check in with the front desk so we can complete the process and alert the doctor that you have arrived.
To save additional time, please complete the following steps for your appointment:
- Complete Pre-Visit Steps online.
This is a good opportunity to confirm your insurance, verify medications, and complete medical questionnaires.
- Bring the following with you:
- Photo ID
- Insurance card(s)
- List of medications — if you're a new patient — including strength, dosage, and frequency taken
- When you arrive, notify the front desk.
