"Be proactive about seasonal outdoor allergies and reduce exposure when pollen count is high. Rinsing nasal passages with saline solution helps flush allergens," says Dr. Naidu about the health advice she often offers patients.
When she is not working, Dr. Naidu enjoys spending time with her active children, traveling, and watching movies. Among her favorite area locales is the Texas Hill Country, "for fun weekend getaways."
