Mr. Arens is the Vice President and General Counsel for ARC, responsible for providing legal advice related to regulatory, transactional and operational issues, including contracts and other legal arrangements and policies relating to corporate operations. The laws and regulations governing health care are incredibly complex and forever changing – much like the delivery of health care itself. My focus is on navigating the legal complexities so our providers and leadership team can focus on the delivery of high-quality care. As General Counsel, I provide proactive legal advice that enables our team to make informed decisions as Austin Regional Clinic continues its history of innovation.
