Vice President, Revenue Cycle


Ms. Rivera collaborates with the ARC executive team, department leaders, and operations to support ARC's mission of providing high-quality health care while overseeing the revenue cycle and maintaining strong proficiency in financial metrics, including strategic decision-making, relationship-building, and partnerships. She has more than 20 years of experience as a senior leader in revenue cycle, having worked at Optum, Memorial Hermann Hospital System, and Houston Methodist in Houston, and is passionate about innovation. Ms. Rivera is a certified Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).

At the core of revenue cycle management is the balance between exceptional patient experience and sustainable financial outcomes. I am dedicated to fostering innovation, strengthening our technological capabilities, and developing future leaders who will carry forward the founders' vision and guide our organization through the complexities of modern healthcare finance.
