Heather Combs, RN, CASC
Vice President, Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC)
Heather Combs, RN, CASC, leads the ARC Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC), responsible for the operations and management of the facilities. She works alongside Christopher W. Bailey, MD, FACS, ARC Associate Medical Director for Surgical Specialties, to provide high quality clinical excellence and patient outcomes. Ms. Combs joined ARC in 2024 with over 20 years of strong experience in operating and leading ASCs, having held leadership roles in facilities coast to coast, with the majority in Texas, and holds a Certified Administrator Surgery Center (CASC) credential for ambulatory surgery management. ARC operates two ASC facilities, ARC Surgery Center North in Round Rock, and ARC Surgery Center South in South Austin.
The strength of an ambulatory surgery center is measured not only by clinical outcomes but by the leadership that empowers every team member to succeed. My goal as a leader is to set the standards for quality, safety, efficiency and compassion every day.
