Starting November 14, 2023, Austin Regional Clinic will enroll all ARC MyChart users in paperless billing. Paperless billing offers a more secure and convenient way to view and pay your bill and is eco-friendly too.
MyChart will send you an app notification and email when there is a new statement available for you to view and pay online. After 11/14/23, you will no longer receive paper statements by mail. You can still pay your bill online, by phone, or by mail.
Please make sure that your email is correct to ensure proper delivery of your statement emails. You can learn how to update your email address in MyChart.
If you prefer getting a paper bill, you can choose to opt out of paperless billing from your ARC MyChart account starting November 14.
