The ARC-INFO line, the ARC information line, received over 14,000 calls in 1993 (14,013 calls to be exact). Each year the information line delivers health and ARC information to more and more patients. For comparison, in 1991 the line received 300 calls, and in 1992 the line recieved 4,074 calls. This past year ARC experienced a jump of over three times the call from the previous year mostly because patients have found our ad in the Yellow Pages. That's marketing in action!
