Katherine (Katie) Henry, JD

Chief Administrative Officer, ARC


Ms. Henry serves as Chief Administrative Officer for ARC, providing strategic leadership and decision-making, and overseeing all administrative functions of the organization, including Operations, Population Health, Information Technology, Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, Revenue Cycle, Real Estate, Compliance, and Facilities. Ms. Henry has more than 20 years of healthcare-related experience. Prior to joining ARC, she served as Chief Administrative Officer for Wake Forest Baptist Health Network in North Carolina. Her background also includes having served as Chief Legal Officer/Chief Compliance & Patient Safety Officer for Cornerstone Health Care, a physician-owned multispecialty practice with 350+ providers and 90+ practices throughout North Carolina. Prior to that, Ms. Henry practiced law in Winston-Salem, North Carolina where she specialized in representing physicians in Medical Negligence litigation.

    Ms. Henry is on the Board of Directors of the American Medical Group Association, where she serves on the Women In Leadership Council and the Chief Administrative Officer Council. She also represents ARC as a Regional Partner on the Austin Chamber of Commerce Economic Development Council. She is a member of the North Carolina Bar and holds an active law license in North Carolina.
