ARC offers In-Clinic and Video visits. In-Clinic visits are preferred in most cases. Which would you prefer to book?

Choose the option that best fits your needs:

[In-Clinic] or [Video Visit]
Schedule a same-day or next-day visit covered by most insurance plans.

[Talk to a Doctor Now]
Bypass scheduling and get directed to 24/7 on-demand virtual urgent care with ARC doctors via the NormandMD web portal or app. May be free as part of your benefits or subscription plan, or may require a fee.

Please be aware that an in-clinic visit may be required for urgent issues or for concerning symptoms. For example, shortness of breath or a cough that won't go away would require the doctor to listen to the patient's lungs, check their oxygen saturation and possibly order a chest x-ray. Many acute new symptoms like abdominal pain, low back pain, ear/hearing issues, hip pain and diarrhea usually must be evaluated in-person. Annual physical or wellness exams should occur in-person.

If the doctor needs to see you in person to gather a physical assessment for some symptoms, we will call you to reschedule this appointment as an in-clinic visit. Which would you prefer to book?

In compliance with governing rules and regulations, Austin Regional Clinic physicians can only prescribe for and treat patients currently located within the state of Texas at the time of service. So, we must ask:
"Are y'all in Texas during this video visit?"

This appointment cannot be scheduled online as we need additional information about your symptoms, and recommend you speak with a nurse. Please call 512-346-6611, and press "4" to speak with a nurse - available 24/7. If this is an emergency, please call 911.

This appointment cannot be scheduled online. We cannot schedule this video visit if you are not physically in the State of Texas. When you are back in Texas, feel free to follow up with your doctor. If you need immediate medical care, please contact a local health care provider.
