Whether you are a patient whose healthcare plan requires a copayment for each office visit or you have more complex payment requirements, we welcome your business and our financial counselors will work with you to understand your healthcare plan's payment requirement.
Your account balance is printed on your ARC payment receipt and may change as new charges and payments are posted.

After Hours Fee
All office visits after 5:00pm Monday – Friday and all weekend and holiday visits include an office visit fee plus a $30 After Hours fee that some insurance plans cover. If your insurance plan does not cover the After Hours fee, we will send a billing statement for your review and payment.
