What does the card do?
The ARC ADVANTAGE CARD is a true point of service savings program for card members utilizing the card at the time of service.How much doest the ARC card cost per month?
The monthly membership costs $9.95 per month and includes the entire family.Can the card be used by a member of my family if they have a major health problem?
Yes, because the card is NOT INSURANCE it can be used by any member of the household. It is a true discount card that provides savings at the time of purchase.Can a member pay cash for the card?
No, a credit card will be required for monthly billing.Do I need to purchase another card for additional members in the family?
The ARC CARD is a medical discount card program for the entire family and all members of the family can use one card. If required, additional cards can be ordered for a one time charge of $2.50 per card.Is my ARC doctor included in the program?
Yes, all ARC physicians are included in the program.How much of a discount will I receive for billed services at the Austin Regional Clinics?
A standard discount of 25% will be given to all ARC Card members.Is the ARC Card an insurance program?
No, it is a true discount program and the discount is given at the time the service or when the product is provided.How long does it take after I sign up to start receiving benefits?
It takes 10 to 14 days from the time of submission until the member receives their membership package.How do I know what is included in the membership program?
Each member receives a membership packet which includes the member card and a complete explanation of all the products and services included in the program.Are there any other products or services included in the ARC program?
Yes. The ARC ADVANTAGE CARD program includes discounts of 10 to 60% on Prescriptions, Vision products & services, Dental needs, and Diabetic supplies.Can the ARC Card be used in conjunction with health insurance?
No, with the following exceptions; a person has not reached the insurance deductible, or a prescription is not available under the patient’s health insurance.If a member has questions or desires to cancel membership, the member should call 800-800-7616 and provide the customer service department with the appropriate member number on the membership card.
