About Jonathan Nicholas (Nick) Posey, MD

  • Dr. Posey currently has long wait times for new patients. Please see below for physicians he recommends to new patients wanting to transfer or establish care at ARC.

If Dr. Posey is your primary care physician, please book your appointment via your ARC MyChart account or call 512-ARC-INFO (512-272-4636).

Dr. Posey has four dogs, and when he’s not in clinic, he enjoys spending a lot of time with them, and looks forward to exploring many outdoor spots across Austin with them.

I chose a career in medicine because I wanted to have a more fulfilling life, one that was in the ultimate interest of someone other than myself. I enjoy caring for people and trying to make a difference in the life of another person. I approach medicine with an attitude of selflessness, no judgment, and with the goal of not just listening to a patient, but also actually hearing what each has to say.

The staff was wonderful the front desk staff always a pleasure to speak with. The nurses are wonderful. Give them a raise, cause y’all don’t pay them enough, and Dr. Posey was delight as always listens to me and gives me educational tidbits. Y’all are a very busy clinic I think y’all should accept maybe less new patients.
