Patients with Medicaid insurance must call to schedule and confirm vaccines are available.
If your health insurance does not cover the COVID-19 vaccine or if you do not have insurance, ARC offers a 25% discount if payment is made at the time of service. The cost includes a charge to administer the COVID-19 vaccine and the COVID-19 vaccine itself.
- Moderna COVID vaccine (6mos-11yrs) – $273.00 ($204.75 w/discount), ADMIN FEE - $94.00 ($70.50 w/discount).
- Moderna COVID vaccine (12+ yrs) – $300.00 ($225.00 w/discount), ADMIN FEE - $94.00 ($70.50 w/discount).
Patients 15 years and over: Must have had an appointment with ARC in the last 3 years.
Patients under 15 years: Must have had a well-check exam with ARC in the last 12 months.
