Dr. Sarangarajan grew up in Orlando, Florida. When she is not working, she enjoys hiking with her husband, traveling, and listening to World music. Among her favorite area locales are the Oasis and the Barton Creek Greenbelt.

I chose pediatrics because I wanted to be an advocate and guide for children and their families. I love supporting parents through the wonderful and demanding journey of raising a child. For me, the patient is the most important individual in the room, but understanding the whole picture is important in their care. I hope to be a small part of my patients’ personal and developmental growth and to connect families to high-quality child health information.
