I told the nurse that I was feeling anxious about my biopsy. She validated my feelings and was very kind. When Dr. Baghat entered the room, the first thing she did was validate my feelings of anxiety and explain how the biopsy would take place. She chatted with me for five or so minutes then asked if we could begin. She was so kind. I appreciated the team understanding my fears, validating them and making me feel safe. Thank you

I disliked wait in room more that 15 minutes

  • March 21, 2024

There was no point to my appointment! It was a waste of time - I had to take off work just to be told everything’s fine and it was a mistake that someone called me to make an appointment

  • March 19, 2024

Waited over 30 minutes after being brought to the room to see the doctor
