We are happy to welcome Jonathan C. Saperstein, MD, Ob/Gyn, to the team at ARC Center Street in Kyle. Dr. Saperstein is now scheduling appointments for clinic visits beginning August 3.
ARC Obstetrics/Gynecology (Ob/Gyn) doctors are primary care physicians who focus on women's health issues, including pregnancy, fertility, birth control, mammograms, menopause, STD testing, ultrasounds, and more.
"My goal is to make sure that each of my patients feels heard when they come to see me," says Dr. Saperstein. He continues, "I believe patient education and shared decision-making are incredibly important. I enjoy working with patients to arrive at a treatment plan that is tailored to their specific needs and desires while also following guidelines and evidence from the literature."

"Optimizing your overall health prior to conceiving can help set you up for success in pregnancy," says Dr. Saperstein. He adds, "This involves things like maintaining a healthy weight, managing chronic conditions like hypertension and asthma, and quitting smoking."
In his free time, Dr. Saperstein says he enjoys "running, hiking, seeing live theater, attending concerts, and traveling the world."
