ARC Clinical Research at Wilson Parke is running an Infant Formula Study. The purpose of this study is to compare the growth and tolerance of infants fed an experimental milk-based infant formula with added carbohydrates, called human milk oligosaccharides, with the growth and tolerance of infants fed a milk-based infant formula without the added human milk oligosaccharides or with infants fed human milk. Human milk oligosaccharides are naturally found in human milk and are associated with health benefits, such as reduced rates of respiratory and gastrointestinal (GI) illnesses. The addition of these carbohydrates to infant formula may provide health benefits to babies that are not fed human milk.

We are looking for infants between 0-14 days old who are either exclusively breastfed or infants that are exclusively formula fed after being discharged from the hospital following their birth. ARC will cover the cost of all visits and study formula involved.
