Greater Access to Care With Phone System Improvements

We are improving access to care by updating our phone systems so you can reach us when you need us. Here's what we're doing:
Brodie Lane: We added a phone console operator to help process calls. This will allow us to better place you into a nursing or appointment queue as you call us.
Round Rock: We are working on a new phone system to help serve you better with hopes to make it active during the first quarter of 1994.
Far West: We have installed extra phone terminals which allow us to answer your nursing and appointment calls faster for both adult and child primary care calls.
Seton Northwest: We are working to reconfigure our phone lines to answer your calls faster during peak phone periods.
South: We are hiring additional staff to answer your calls, which has reduced patient hold times.
