Give Us Feedback Real-Time in the Exam Room
December 08, 2016
This year, we put “Feedback Tablets” in your hands so you can give us real-time patient feedback while you’re in the exam room. Hearing directly from you, our patients, is the best way for us to learn what we’re doing right, and how we can improve.
How it Works
The tablets are in every exam room and flash every few minutes to get your attention. After your visit, you answer a short questionnaire of just 5-7 questions total and have the option to include your name or be anonymous. Clinic Managers see the results in real-time while doctors see a report of their results each month.
21,000 Patient Sessions
In the first month, nearly 21,000 patients like you completed surveys.
Below are some of the comments from Cedar Park to Kyle:
- “Everyone was helpful, polite, and professional. The doctor was super nice, explained everything well," a patient commented about Dr. Colleen Adkins, Allergy & Asthma, ARC Wilson Parke & ARC Cedar Park Medical Plaza.
- “My daughter loved everyone so much she wants this to be her doctor’s office. Dr. Oliver was attentive and proactive with us; very good with my daughter," commented a mom about Dr. Angelle (Ferrell) Oliver, Pediatrics, ARC Anderson Mill.
- “Dr. Austin was very thorough with explaining everything concerning my daughter's health and wellbeing," a dad commented after his daughter's visit with Dr. Geisha Austin, Pediatrics, ARC Southwest.
- “Dr. Linnell was so friendly and seemed to genuinely care. The visit was great especially with the stress of a sick baby. She was amazing," commented the parents of a newborn about their visit with Dr. Marjan Linnell, Pediatrics, ARC Kyle Plum Creek.
We Want Your Feedback
Thanks to the many patients who completed surveys since August and helped provide us with feedback to better care for you.
Look for the flashing tablet in your exam room at your next visit and tell us how we’re doing.
