What’s Your Number?

Knowing Your Blood Pressure Can Save Your Life

68 million Americans are at greater risk for heart disease and stroke because of high blood pressure, yet, most don’t even know it. That’s why ARC joined the Measure Up/Pressure Down campaign along with Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic, and other leading providers around the country. MU/PD is a national campaign that encourages adults to measure, monitor, and maintain their blood pressure.

Dr. Anas Daghestani discusses the importance of treating high blood pressure on KLBJ News Radio Monday morning on the ARC Healthcare Minute. Dr. Daghestani says he recommends to all Central Texans that they “know their number.”
