New Year, new exercise program

Dr. Hairgrove says, “If you are starting a new sport like pickleball, rock climbing, or training for your first marathon – my advice, start slowly.” He explains, saying, “Whatever the activity, start slowly, and gradually increase the intensity, frequency, and duration. And, listen to your body. Don't ignore chronic aches and pains, or they could turn into injuries that require medical care."
