Monday, September 6, is Labor Day

As we celebrate the holiday and many take a break from work, at home or in the workplace, ARC recognizes and thanks our staff and physicians who help keep you and our community healthy every day of the year. We are proud to work with such a dedicated, talented, and caring group.

We especially thank those working this weekend and Monday in our After Hours Clinics, eMD Access, in IT and in Central Registration, who are taking time away from family & friends to serve those in our community who need medical care.

Labor Day, an American federal holiday designated in 1894, celebrates the achievements of American workers and their contributions to our communities and our nation. American workers continue to be the strength and character of our nation, achieving a climate of opportunity and a force for progress and productivity, even in these challenging times.

Take a moment to think about why we celebrate Labor Day in the first place - to recognize the value of work and all who do it, for ARC, throughout our communities, and across the nation. Working together, especially now, there's no challenge we can't overcome.

Enjoy the holiday, however you choose to celebrate. Stay safe and healthy!
