Austin Regional Clinic is pleased to announce that Aswini R. Rajan MD, Internal Medicine, has joined the team at ARC Cedar Park. Dr. Rajan says that she always wanted to be a physician,” adding, “I love every aspect that medicine has to offer: the science, the research, and most importantly the patients.”

When discussing her approach to patient care, Dr. Rajan says, “I believe honest communication is key to maintaining the patient-physician relationship. I strive to keep an open conversation and have a team-based approach for the best patient-centered outcome.”

In discussing her particular areas of interest in her practice, Dr. Rajan says, “Diabetes management, preventive health, and women’s health.”

Dr. Rajan tells all of her patients, “Maintain routine health check-ups and don’t be afraid to ask questions (even the ones you think are too silly!)” She also adds, “Eat healthy and stay active.”

Of her free time, Dr. Rajan says, “I enjoy exploring nearby trails and spending time with my family. When I am on vacation, you can most definitely find me at a beach. I love watching the sunset at Mozart’s Coffee Roasters with a cup of coffee and a sweet treat.”
