Focusing on Employees: ARC Reaches the “Top”

For the 13th year, Austin Regional Clinic is designated as one of the best places to work!

This year Austin Regional Clinic celebrates our 13th workplace award. We are listed in the Top Workplaces of Greater Austin 2018, published in the Austin American- Statesman.

Our dedicated team of leaders, doctors, and staff communicating effectively and working together toward a common altruistic goal makes ARC a great place to work. Each and every day, year after year, we remain unified in our commitment to provide heartfelt care for our friends, families, and neighbors.

“Meeting the Top Workplaces standard means we all share the mission to provide access to connected health care to our family, friends, and neighbors. And that we all believe in where we are headed, how we will get there, and that everyone is in this together. There is a sense of pride at ARC about the work we do to keep Texans healthy and improve lives. This honor, and the ones before it, confirm that,” said Dr. Anas Daghestani, ARC CEO.

“Each year that we receive a workplace award is one that we are honored to commemorate. It reminds us that the work we do matters, both within our workplace family and to the communities where we live and provide care,” said Dr. Norman H. Chenven, ARC Founding CEO.

Andrea Clayton, Chief Human Resources Officer at ARC said, “It’s an achievement we have all earned together. We become a better place for everyone when employees give us feedback – whether through this survey, our Employee Engagement Council, in our teams, and many other ways. It allows us to support one another and elevate our work to the ‘Top’ consistently, year after year.”

The “Top Workplaces” program is conducted by Energage along with publishing partners across the U.S., including the Austin American-Statesman. The program gathers feedback from ARC employees completed earlier this year. Energage’s research shows that the core elements of organizational health are what employees value most in the workplace. Employees want to align with the company’s vision, be challenged by a high-performance culture, feel that they are valued, and that their voices are heard.

We are honored to be named a “Top Workplace” based on feedback from ARC employees. We invite you to join our award-winning team; visit myARCcareer.com.
