In this recent podcast, Dr. Dominique IsaacFamily Medicine physician at ARC Anderson Mill, shared several tips for staying healthy during flu season. She says, “Wash your hands frequently, cover your mouth when you cough or sneeze, stay home when you’re ill, and get a flu shot.” Who should get the flu vaccine? Dr. Isaac says, “Flu shots are recommended for children over 6 months of age and adults.”
