Thinking of having a baby?

Couples trying to have a baby should focus on their health, advises Dr. Bernard A. Lynch, Ob/Gyn at ARC Medical Park Tower, in the ARC Healthcare Minute podcast.

Dr. Lynch recommends that prospective parents “maintain a healthy weight and eat healthy.” He explains the role that weight and nutrition play in fertility for soon-to-be parents. And suggests that you should consider scheduling an appointment with your Ob/Gyn about three months before you start trying.
