Sports Medicine Can Get You Back to Being Active

“Tell me about what's most important to you. I want you to get back to being able to do that as soon as you can, safely,” says Dr. Brandon Zinn, Sports Medicine physician at ARC Now Clinic and ARC Medical Park Tower Orthopedics.

Back to Activity

Whether you’re a 30-year-old weekend warrior and just had an injury or a 60-year-old who has arthritis in your knees, sports medicine can help you get back to being active.

“When you have a disease or consistent, daily pain, and it goes on for any amount of time, you forget about it,” says Dr. Zinn. “It becomes normal to you. And you almost forget what it's like to not have the pain, or not be burdened by the disease.”

Addressing the issue can help transform your life and get you back to doing the things you love doing.

Guiding You Through the Process, One-On-One

The process of addressing new or old issues can be a bit scary. You can rest easy knowing that Dr. Zinn is here to help you through the entire process.

"It's very personal because I sit down with you, and it's one-on-one,” says Dr. Zinn.

He starts by building a relationship with you and listening to your experience. His goal is to use your input to create a treatment plan that will get you active again, safely.

“I think the benefit that you'll get if you come see me is I'm definitely going to tailor the treatment to you specifically,” he says.

He knows that in the beginning there is always some anxiety or fear, but he says, “usually at the end, when they're all better and they're doing the activity they want to do, I can see a light in their eyes that they didn't have before.”
